A man was having premature ejaculation problems so he went to the doctor. The doctor said, "When you feel like you are getting ready to ejaculate, try startling yourself." That same day the man went to the store and bought himself a starter pistol and ran home to his wife. That night the two were having sex and found themselves in the 69 position. The man felt the urge to ejaculate and fired the starter pistol. The next day he went back to the doctor who asked how it went. The man answered, "Not well. When I fired the pistol, my wife pooped on my face, bit three inches off my penis, and my neighbor came out of the closet with his hands in the air."

One day, there were two boys playing by a stream. One of the young boys saw a bush and went over to it. The other boy couldn't figure out why his friend was at the bush for so long. The other boy went over to the bush and looked. The two boys were looking at a woman bathing naked in the stream. All of a sudden, the second boy took off running. The first boy couldn't understand why he ran away, so he took off after his friend. Finally, he caught up to him and asked why he ran away. The boy said to his friend, "My mom told me if I ever saw a naked lady, I would turn to stone, and I felt something getting hard, so I ran."

Two cowboys are out on the range talking about their favorite sex position. One says, "I think I enjoy the rodeo position the best." "I don't think I have ever heard of that one," says the other cowboy. "What is it?" "Well, it's where you get your girl down on all four, and you mount her from behind. Then you reach around, cup her t*ts, and whisper in her ear, 'boy these feel almost as nice as your sisters.' Then you try and hold on for 30 seconds."

There is a fellow who is talking to his buddy and says, "I don't know what to get my wife for her birthday. She has everything, and besides, she can afford to buy anything she wants. I'm stumped." His buddy says, "I have an idea. Why don't you make up a certificate that says she can have two hours of great sex, any way she wants it. She'll probably be thrilled!" The first fellow does just that. The next day, his buddy asks, "Well, did you take my suggestion? How did it turn out?" "She loved it. She jumped up, thanked me, kissed me on the mouth, and ran out the door yelling, 'I'll see you in two hours!'"

Hi Tony.  Nice place that you have here, but the language and the avi's...
Good morning, Tom.  Now you're complaining?  After 300 posts?  All joking aside, if I had to police this thing, I'd sooner turn off the lights.  There are only 65 members so far.  I recognize that they are mostly riffraff but what am I gonna do?

No censorship here.  But beware, the avvys can get out of hand.  I've got mine permanently turned off.  In fact, they are turned off by default.  Help page has some ghetto instructions on how to turn them on if you haven't already figured it out.  And Ry, you were missed.  Welcome.
Roger that.   Seems simple enough, and i shall be keeping my avis off also.  Good work on the site!!!

WTF is Tapatalk?
A popular mobile app for interacting with forums such as this.  Anthony has obviously enabled the software layer to interact with it.
Don't want no interaction with Tony's "software" layer!  And TWSS too!
Or hardware layer for that matter.

But this is interacting with the Banter's layer. So AFoC has nothing to do with it.

Morning gents. Have not been on the computer much since surgery. Thought I would check in quickly.

I am doing OK but still hut a lot. It was much worse then they anticipated based on the MRI for my neck. Dr was surprised I was even able to get around. My spine was all but crushed along with the nerve that goes to my left arm. Had a lot of bone spurs, arthritis and bone chips in there. They had to grind it all out then replace the disks and screw everything back together after they realigned everything. Still taking pain pills and sleeping in a chair but slowly getting better. I did manage to sneak in a cigar yesterday, 4 kicks robusto. Going to be a while before I get back to work, on short term for the next few weeks but they did make a hole in my neck big enough to put you hand in so it will take time to heal. Difficult to get on the computer. I either fall asleep from the pain meds, have difficulty typing because I only have partial feeling in my left hand (which can take months to go away) or I cannot see the screen. Blurry vision is a side effect of my meds. Sheesh.

Hope so. Booring sitting around the house. Funny how that works. You work yourself silly wishing you could just sit and do nothing. Now that I have to sit and do nothing I wish I was back to work. Cannot do a lot of wood working but I can do a few simple things. So to pass the time I have been making some custom knifes. Made a wicked one with some diamond wood handles and then made a set of matching grips for my 1911.

Looks better in person. The gray looks like a super fine metal flake paint. It has a shimmer in the sunlight. Made 3 knifes, got another one in the workshop I got ready to go that I am going to work on today. Putting an exhibition grade walnut handle on it then giving it a hand rubbed oil finish. Little skinning knife.

Holy shit that's nice lookin!

Sheesh.
But other than that, you're fine right?

Whoa! Fellow 1911 enthusiast.  Mine's from 1943.

Beat you, got one from the early 1920's, Standard government colt. That one is my latest and fave 1911. Springfield range officer. It is a match pistol without a few of the extra match goodies like front slide serrations, front grip checkering, but match trigger/barrel/bushings, Bomar sights, tight build and fit. It will shoot 2 inch groups all day at 25 yards. At 15 standing I put 200 rounds in one hole the size of a baseball. Now I cannot shoot it. Cannot shoot anything for the next couple months. So much for the summer match season.

Got a Wilson Combat I had made up in th 1980's.  My youngest son referred to it as the gun he could hit things with. Always wanted a custom car but the pistol was a WHOLE lot Cheaper.

Hmm...I'm gonna need a deer-hunting knife come November.  You do commission work?

Bill Wilson's a car guy too.  Soon as I have the Harley paid off, I'm saving my dimes for a Wilson.  And my Colt will go to Doug Turnbull to be put back in original condition.

And by the way, that's a REAL Gurkha knife.  ;-)

Yup. Wanted something silly to play around with. Put mosaic pins in the handle for a little more bling. Re-handled another knife that I had laying around. It had lousy scales on it so I took the originals off and put on a stag and maple burl then dyed the burl blue and finished it with a catalysed urethane.

Yeah, and I'll bet your 1920's Colt is in original configuration.  I got mine for $500 because some yahoo had it nickel-plated.  Don't mind the price, especially since all the numbers match.  But can't abide someone doing that to a piece of history.

I like the Range officer, too.  Fine weapon.

All the time. That is how I pay for the cigars and 1911's. Got a guy I use to work with that wants a hunting knife as well. Drop me an email. I think I set up my email when the site was spun up. I will double check the setting in my profile to make sure.

Ouch. That hurts. Since the collect-ability is pretty much shot I would be tempted to have it stripped and re parkerised or blued. Down side, you risk taking off the slide/frame stamps but it is still a piece of history regardless.

Yup, email button should work. Need to drop off. I took a pain pill a half hour ago and my vision is going blurry. Difficult to see the screen, almost like being an old man. Now I know what it is like to be KC.

Couple good gunsmiths.  Actually dropped the pistol off at the Wilson shop in Arkansas on a trip back to Oklahoma. Berryville ain't an easy place to find. Glad I did though.  Gave me a chance to look over and handle all the options.

If I send it to Turnbull, they re-roll the stamping with original dies. Pretty amazing what those guys do, and how much period-correct equipment they've accumulated.

I refuse to buy these Ramon Bueso Genesis The Project simply because they were $29.99 a 5 pack when they first came out and now they are that for 10, Fuck You CI!
So let me get this straight.....we get pissed at CI when they raise prices and we get even more pissed with them if they have the nerve to lower them???
That does make us sound like a rather finicky lot.

For my entire life my Dad always said "get in a hurry it costs you money" so there you go.  Time for you to display some accountability.

Sheesh.
But other than that, you're fine right?
Joking aside, really glad to have you stopping in, gonna be a bit of a trip back, but hopefully it will be worth it.

Made a wicked one with some diamond wood handles and then made a set of matching grips for my 1911.
very nice, CF, hope you get better soon

you are upset cause you can now get them for $3 a cigar, vs. $6 a cigar?  what's the down side, the ones in your humidor are now worth less to replace?  maybe they got a deal, or maybe they know we will pay more for the "hot new Cigar".  8)

I certainly understand the wishing to be off, then wishing you were back to work.  It took me a little over two years before I could start enjoying being retired. I felt guilty that I was not doing some thing. Also, nice wood work..!

Age vs Youth.  An old bull and a young bull are standing on the top of a hill in Southern Spain, while a herd of young cows graze in the valley below.  The young bull says "Why don't we run down there and fuck one of them cows!"  The old bull says "Why don't we walk down and fuck 'em all."

I'm trying to avoid a micro discectomy, if this provides some relief I'll be able to resume working out and actually get into some respectable shape which will also help. May have to cut back on the delicious stouts and porters for a bit. WTF?

Age vs Youth.  An old bull and a young bull are standing on the top of a hill in Southern Spain, while a herd of young cows graze in the valley below.  The young bull says "Why don't we run down there and fuck one of them cows!"  The old bull says "Why don't we walk down and fuck 'em all."
That reminds me, safety tip of the day, "do not operate heavy machinery while taking viagra...!"

you let her handle the taxes?  or did she not declare stuff, or encouraged you to under declare and she dropped a dime on you?
our 2009 return was audited and 'we were suppose' to be making payments. last year she borrowed from her pension plan and never told me. the deadbeats and mom have me in the poor house.
Have you filed your 2013 return yet?
If not, you should file separately.

you did change accounts, and arranged for direct posit to the new account already, right?
direct deposit forms for my pension and SS are in my bosses email waiting to be printed. then I can switch accounts. just got rid of the last of the auto-pay accounts.

If your pictures are small enough to make it under Tony's ridiculous limit, there is an add attachment link on the full reply page.  If you're using quick reply, you won't see it.

If your pictures are too big for the image cap here, like mine, I just use imgur.

Time to fire up the grill - steak tips tonight.
Great.  I'll bring beer.

It'll be great depending on what you're bringing. What are you bringing?
I'll bring Trois Pistoles for sophistication, Pike Kilt Lifter for a taste of my hometown.  ;D

Alright, that was the warm up. We're ready for you now. Next time you're in this next of the woods, we'll do it.

The political parties have to make some dough off of it. If they're conservative, it's to push back the liberals. If they're liberals, it's to push back the conservatives.

Indeed.  The 1st month of rest has really done well with these.

Pepper very much more in check--moderate amount throughout, just enough to keep it interesting.  Nice and spicy on the retro, but not hot at all.  Some of the slightly creamy sweet tobacco, cedary notes to start.  Adds some earthy/coffee, not really distinct.  And then around 2 inches it gets a strong chocolate flavor, really impressive for a budget smoke.  Final third or so, where I am, is still a bit pepper heavy.  Dark toasted tobacco, a little salt.  Maybe some more rest to round it out.

Cigar-reviews has them rated quite a bit lower than the Londres extras.  I didn't go into much depth reading what people were saying (or if they were all smoking them with a month of rest, etc), but 5.9 as opposed to a 7.3 average could be pretty significant.  Or not.  80% of statistics lie.

Thanks - I 'carted' a 5-pack on the off chance that they might be decent. I guess they'll die there. If I have to pitch out 1/3 of a $3.70 stick that makes it a $4.94 stick. Too much for too little.

As I understand it, they baste LP tobacco with water that has been used to steep other tobacco.  Apparently it's a traditional method that no one else uses?  Seems like it could be argued that it's borderline infusion.

Helping the boy put together a rocket for his 4H project.  I swear the boy has brain damage.  Has no concept of a little bit of glue goes a long way.  Used half a tube to glue two wings on.  Needless to say they didnt hold with that much glue.

Hey Brett.  Meaning it increased profits by a million dollars in our area (probably a lot more than that).  Crops were getting a bit stressed and really needed some moisture.  We are what are called dry land farmers in that we dont have any form of irrigation.  Rely on mother nature for all of it.

What, you're going to tell me you never did that?  Even Bill Watterson did that, and then did a famous Calvin and Hobbes strip about it...and that man's a freakin' genius.

I have a friend who refurbishes old guns.  Not a gunsmith by training, but very, very good at it.  Anyway, we were out in his shop looking at some of his work, and I turned around and he had an entire wall storing model kits.  Like he bought out a hobby store or something.  All unopened, and often six or seven of the same kit.  And all the big Japanese brand names - the good stuff.  The ten-year-old in me about fainted.
