The El Triunfador was excellent. Clocking in around 1h15 for the robusto, so a solid burn time.
The final third was heavier and rougher--actually reminded me very much of a more medium Cuban type flavor profile than otherwise. Excellent construction throughout.
Up next is a Nica Rustica and my latest brown ale.

Head retention is below average (I don't know why, too) and there is the slightest of green apple off flavor from the yeast, S-04. Bottle conditioning has fixed almost all of it, but I think fermenting a few degrees F cooler will take care of that for the next batch. If not, I'll have to move to another yeast. Lots of options there. But it is really very good, nonetheless. I'm just over critical of the beer I brew.
