You were definitely lucky, Tony.

I'm not denying it but it was legit (no cheating). I made a word with the letters I had available and voila!
We didn't think you were cheating.
Better to be lucky than good.
I can't read Latin but I believe that's what it says on my family crest.

Finished putting together a new bookcase for the basement. Only had it sitting in a box for a few months, so I'll consider that a win. Now to kick back and relax with some football before starting dinner.

Much better than me. I have a bookcase that I never took out of the box from about 15 years ago. It's since gotten wet and probably just needs to go directly into a dumpster.

49ers rolling so far. I need them to keep it up, and for the game to go over 42 points.

Looking pretty good on the over, but the Seahawks sure came to play today. Still hope they lose, if for no other reason than I don't want to see Pete Carroll anymore this year.

Well, it can be translated that way, but it is the concept of "blessed." In modern Spanish it is the word "felicitaciones." It describes the blessing of the gods. In theory, that translates to "happiness," but not always.

The Romans didn't have a concept of happiness that wasn't tied to either personal achievement or luck in the form of the blessing of the gods. The American notion of being happy regardless of circumstance was incomprehensible to the Romans, and originates in Christianity.
