Got the call from the repair shop. Kinda wishing it was what Tony mentioned yesterday, because it sounds like that would've been cheaper than new lines, a new pump and rear brakes. Total north of $1300. Oof.

Tony mentioned the master cylinder.  I'm guessing that's what they meant by "new pump."  The master cylinder is the only "pump" I can think of in an automotive braking system.

What make and model of car?
