Afternoon gents.  On hold with our illustrious toll authority.  20 minutes now, but at least I stopped getting a busy signal.  $100 buck says once they finally pickup, they'll tell me I have to come in to complete the desired transaction.

Afternoon Mark! Or they will connect you with someone else that will require another wait only to tell you that you have to come in.

Only 30 minutes on hold, and supposedly taken care of over the phone.  But we'll see, history says it's not really.  I'll have to wait until next months statement to know.  Just my half-glass-empty attitude when dealing with monopolies.

technically speaking.....the glass is never "empty". 

I know there is air in it, unless you are sitting in the vacuum of outer space.

Greg is still coming down from his AP high.  He can't help it.  Give him a couple more weeks of summer, he'll be back to normal.
