Got a closing date on the condo yet, pending the warden's inspection?
Last week of August is the closing, subject to wardens inspection but don't anticipate any issues with that.
Hopefully she'll report any signage which might scuttle the deal.

Oh, and this one.

I already checked on those and no problem there.  Just can't shoot your firearms on the premises.
