My heart is with Tony today. All of us that have lost a father know the pain it brings. A blessing was that your children were able to know their grandfather. He will live in your story's and memory's. As I sit here with my coffee and cigar, I think how the smoke is like life. We take it in and it gives us joy, flavors, spice, peace and at times a bitter note. When we let the smoke out, it goes back to the earth, leaving us memory's and the serenity of the experience. Here's to Giuseppe Pepino Scarpa, the man with the coolest name I ever heard. Rest in Peace.

Thanks, Shaun.  I tried to copy the whole article using my phone. It's serious, but funny.  I wonder if the benefit comes with your dog or if you live on a farm, being around your cattle. I guess as long as it's hydrogen sulfide.

Got to rest some more.  Didn't sleep much last night.  Thinking about Tony & his Father and all that brings up.  My dad would have been 100 near the end of July.

HERF Update #257

Box 1 is ordered.  KC, Jeff, TD, Tony and myself coordinating.

Box 2 is ordered.  Fred-bob, Oy-dave, CB, Raz and GK coordinating.

Story so far on box 3:

Sly wants 2 smokes, one for him an done for a buddy.  Dogdays wants in, too.  Raz has offered to coordinate box 3.  GK has also informed me that he bought a 2nd box.  I don't know if that second box is for his own stash or if he was interested in coordinating box 3, too.  I guess that will get figured out today.

Either way, we're at 3 of 5 for box 3.
