Wound up making a mushroom risotto.

So if you're good at risotto, you can make me squid ink risotto stuffed calamari for my birthday...

I would absolutely love that. Never tried making it but may have to give it a shot. But I think the lead was buried here... Should we be wishing you a happy birthday?!?

no, appointment is at 7:45 and it was a long drive in rush hour traffic.

That's still amazing. I don't think any doctor will give you appointment before 10:am around here. Then again, yuz have dinner at 4:30.
