good morning Dave and Dave. got an early lunch date planned now, a meeting at noon, getting together with the guy who owns that trailer early afternoon, another meeting at 7 pm. no dinner date or sleep over plan yet though.

That trailer looked pretty nice hope it works out for you.

thanks guys. it has a few issues that need to be addressed before I agree to anything, and then there's the smoking issue. that may be a deal breaker for him. he had mentioned about a past tenent that smoked. I'll be honest with him. I refuse to smoke inside, and a fan in that screened porch would be ideal.
