TO THE ATTENTION OF ALL FHWA MANAGERS AND SUPERVISORS:
The Office of Civil Rights is hosting a series of online and in-person Prevention of Workplace Harassment trainings. The purpose of this new course is to help participants better understand how to maintain a harmonious and professional work environment free from harassing behavior, and to inform employees (supervisory and non-supervisory) of their responsibilities if faced with workplace bullying, harassment, and/or inappropriate conduct.
