It's a daily exercise in contextual analysis, something I have to do at work at least once a week. It's also an exercise in discipline. You can't "work" the game the way you can Wordle. You have to be sure, or you're going to run out of guesses really quick.

Been trying to eat right. Not following a specific diet but just common sense. I've been using this Yuka app to tell me whether an ingredient is good or not. Especially, with regard to sodium and additives.Going all Emeril on us.
