I didn't take any photos of the roast, potatoes, nor salad but once you've seen 'em once, you've seen them all.
Sounds good, even without the pic.
I've been experimenting with this cut of meet for the last couple of months. I like it but it's not yet perfected. The biggest issue is that I would like it to be more rare. I've been gradually lowering the temp but now I think I've got to cook it for less time. I'm down to 275° for 90 minutes (6 1/2 lbs) after searing the outside. The good thing is that although too well done for my tastes, it is still plenty juicy.
Morning Tony, what cut are you using?
Ribeye.

This was the pizza I got yesterday. Nashville Hot Chicken. Yummo!

Is that even legal?

I'll be there next time you try to perfect it. ;)

Good morning, Rick. Even 50° doesn't sound so bad for mid November.

TROPICAL STORM WATCH – Citrus County is currently under a Tropical Storm Watch which means tropical storm-force winds are possible somewhere within this area within the next 48 hours

LOCATIONS AFFECTED:
- Crystal River
- Homosassa

WIND CONDITIONS:
- LATEST LOCAL FORECAST: Below tropical storm force wind
- Peak Wind Forecast: 30-50 mph with gusts to 55 mph

Please plan for hazardous wind of equivalent tropical storm force by removing any unfixed items from your yard and placing them inside a secured area such as a garage or shed. Unsecured lightweight objects may blown about and cause damage.

In addition, tree limbs may be blown over roadways causing hazardous driving conditions. We ask that motorist please use caution if traveling during this tropical storm watch and slow down to allow yourself ample time in the event you have to use evasive driving measures.

With the effects of Tropical Storm Eta, we may also experience a possible storm surge. Officials at the National Weather Service are estimating the potential for 1-4 feet above ground surges within surge prone areas for our county.

For up-to-date information on the latest weather news, please visit the National Weather Service’s website at weather.gov.
