Trying a new recipe in the slow cooker today - white chicken chili (no beans). Middle kid is already hating dinnertime. Lol
I like white chicken chili  fine, but not as much as the red.  Also do like beans.  When DIL would make it, batches lasted for days...and by the end, I didn't like it much.

Kinda tastes like a chicken pot pie without the pie.

I like both, but this one was pretty damn good. And the spiciness was spot on, despite what my youngest thought.

I spent the entire afternoon and early evening tearing down the remains of a swing set / tree house. Now I have to figure out what to do with all the carpenter ant and carpenter bee infested wood.

I'm thoroughly exhausted.

I assume your garbage removal company won't take it?

No, way too heavy. I'd have to cut it down and that's way too much effort. I may get a bagster.

I made a killer flatbread for dinner. It had a spinach and artichoke bass with pulled pork, shredded mozzarella, and a little balsamic glaze on top.

Sounds delightful, other than the artichoke.

Artichoke hearts are amazing. You gotta eat your veggies.

I'll stay in the narrow lane of veggies I've already established.
