Today is a shit show. Dropped off daughter first. Waiting for the boys to be ready so that I can drop them off too. Then the car goes to the body shop. All the while, I'm on coherence calls.

No, I can take them from the MS Teams app on my phone. And that's precisely what I did.

Depends how you define "good."  I had to work all weekend.  On the other hand, it was 18 hours of overtime at time-and-a-half, and I didn't have to leave the house.  Soooo...yes?

But the article didn't really explain what happened. It's possible the guy had a stroke or massive heart attack which led him to driving into the mangroves. Just sayin'.

The one birch on the phone insisted I turn on my camera so that everyone could see I was in the car.

Incidentally, I picked up the rental and it's going to cost me a few extra $$ a day. They conveniently didn't have anything available that would be fully covered by insurance at $30/day. But I was on a call at the time and don't know exactly what the guy was telling me. I know I opted out of the additional insurance.

You're probably better off.  My son got a Kia Soul when he had his car in.  Lime green....he was truly embarrassed.
