Margaritas and Enchiladas at El Cerro for lunch then bourbon and cigars on the balcony for the race before ribeyes  for the evening, all bases are covered.

Sounds like a good day planned CarolinaDave.  Should at least throw a token piece of mint in the bourbon however.
