Buildings need their heat or aesthetically will fall apart. There still are exchange students who could not go home. There are experiments in the Health Sciences. There are a select few of admin that come in from time to time. The campus police, postal service, and ITS services.Very cold start at 32degrees.Who are you keeping warm anyway?
