Today is Monday, July 23, the 204th day of 2018. There are 161 days left in the year.
Today’s Highlight in History: On July 23, 1829, William Austin Burt received a patent for his “typographer,” a forerunner of the typewriter.
On this date:
In 1885, Ulysses S. Grant, the 18th president of the United States, died in Mount McGregor, New York, at age 63.
In 1914, Austria-Hungary presented a list of demands to Serbia following the killing of Archduke Franz Ferdinand by a Serb assassin; Serbia’s refusal to agree to the entire ultimatum led to the outbreak of World War I.

DMSO used to be a very popular home remedy. Vet's use it on horses mostly. Works pretty well except that your breath immediately smells like garlic.

well, $148, because of the shelter he came from and 3 kittens from the litter have died, I had them do more tests and shots. they accommodated me so I can get the lady to the doctor. kitten is home reasting.

Got them and two dozen other bagels to bring in to work. between them and the
4 tubs of cream cheese(2 plain, a jalepeno salsa, and a honey almond), and a tub of whipped butter
plus I had a couple of boxes of pork roll, for one of the guys in the office, it made my rainy day
walk to the office interesting this morning. I am not cut out to be a pack animal....

Got them and two dozen other bagels to bring in to work. between them and the
4 tubs of cream cheese(2 plain, a jalepeno salsa, and a honey almond), and a tub of whipped butter
plus I had a couple of boxes of pork roll, for one of the guys in the office, it made my rainy day
walk to the office interesting this morning. I am not cut out to be a pack animal....
