Like everything else, it is complicated. Just like all religions, there are many sects within it. The woman wearing burkas are Muslim and are more strict about things. Similar to Orthodox Jewish people versus the reformed. It exists in Christianity too.

Yes they are.  Menonites and Amish are not the same.  I'm guessing most of these girls are Menonites as they are more lax about various things than the Amish.  About the only time you can get pictures of Amish girls is during Rumspringa...
