A note about avvys:  I like that you can keep them turned off but then if there is a lot of chatter about a particular one, you can click on that person's moniker and see it without going through the trouble of turning them back on and off again.  But perhaps it's just me.

Hello Mark.  How's the weight loss going for you?  I've been like a yo-yo all year.

Still at 10 - 12 lbs over my low at the end of the contest.  I'll drop a few, then fall off the wagon, usually while traveling.  And now it's speedo season, too.  Sheesh!

Hey, Scott. Haven't mentioned it this week, but I really liked the Namakubi. Some really nice, different flavors. Not as "full" as I was expecting, but very nice none-the-less. Liked the Roxxo size too.
