Speaking of a bris, X-4 cutter is up.
That would be plenty big for a NJ bris.
I believe you are the authority on such things so I won't argue.
Goes for OH, too.  My knowledge of such things took a quantum leap at the CI house herf.   :o
LMFAO!  Even after accounting for the standard deviation, not sure that was a good sample size.
Seeing that the Mayor's attempt at redirecting the topic has failed, I shall add that the White Whale is a notable outlier.  Even so , the sample size clearly indicates a marked superiority with regard to the Texas sample vs Midwest or NJ contenders.
