47° and sunny heading into the mid 70's here. hottub is 102° and very inviting. as soon as the redhead wakes up we'll have to have a long soak.

Let's not get carried away.  More like the LowCountryDave life without the tug boats.

Morning Daves, Rick, Mayor, and SoonToSoakDean.  Warm, humid, overcast here today until a front finally moves through sometime in the next 24 hrs.  But what do they know.

Good morning, LTG.
Morning Tony and BoilerRick. Another beautiful chilly morning here, but getting up to 51 today. Even with the predicted rain, I'll take it.
Looking like you might be getting snow for Thanksgiving...
Haven't seen that forecast yet. Currently shows high of 42 for Turkey Day.
They don't know what's gonna happen in an hour, never mind what will happen next week.

Thought for Today: “Anyone can do any amount of work, provided it isn’t the work he is supposed to be doing at that moment.” [–] Robert Benchley, American humorist (born 1889, died on this date in 1945).

Good morning boys! Lots of Charter Oak talk yesterday, I found them to be a bit pedestrian compared to their big brothers
I think for the price of about 70 bucks a box for the Maduro and Connecticut in the Charter Oak you can't go wrong but compared to the gueguense and highclair castle they really are high end excellent smokes.
For sure the price is a plus, I guess I was just hoping for less of a gap between brands
