No, my house is 92 years old. When I bought it 20 years ago, the roof still had a few more good years left. I think it's a bit overdue. On occasion, there is a small leak in the attic, but it depends on the direction of the rain.But your house isn't four years old.New roof going on today so it's a bit noisy.
