While Manziel's statement was nebulous, the issues facing the former Cleveland Browns and Texas A&M quarterback aren't.
A Dallas County grand jury is set to hear his domestic violence case Thursday. Earlier Tuesday, Manziel was officially dropped as a client by his recently hired agent Drew Rosenhaus, who said a condition of their relationship was Manziel entering treatment.
