Oh well, Christmas came and went but at least it's Friday.  There still may be cigar deals to be found on the various internet sites.  Join in this discussion and perhaps learn something along the way.  Be warned, post on this site and you will catch hell from members and trolls alike.  Therefore, don't proceed if you have thin skin.  If you can accept all that, light a cigar, pour a drink and welcome aboard!

Three Tourists
-------------------------

Three tourists were driving through Wales. As they were approaching Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch, they started arguing about the pronunciation of the town's name. They argued back and forth until they stopped for lunch.

As they stood at the counter one asked the blonde employee, "Before we order, could you please settle an argument for us? Would you please pronounce where we are... very slowly?"

The girl leaned over the counter and said, "Burrrrrr, gerrrrrr, Kiiiiiing."

Good morning, gents.  In the office this morning.  Had a great Christmas.  Busier than I expected.
I am really surprised that people are working the day after Christmas, not getting the long weekend bonus.
Hah LMFAO you did not know anybody worked anymore ::)

Just made a breakfast sandwich - I think I am still in a meat coma from last night.  We did hand-cut Ribeyes and cooked them on the Big Green Egg

oops!!!

Florida has leapfrogged New York to rank as the third most populous U.S. state, the Census Bureau reported on Tuesday. The Sunshine State adds on average 803 residents daily. Among U.S. states, no place is responsible for more Floridian transplants than New York.
Texas remains 2nd and CA largest but the way the left wingers are moving here from CA that may change before too many years and this will just be Caltex.

it's a memory that's been fading slowly. got quite a bit of brush to cut around the park and debris to haul out of the 'woods' here, and a rotted deck to trash and rebuild for an old camper feller, so I'm sure it'll come back to me.

Could be but terrible either way!  About 1200 a day move to TX with over 10% of them to Austin and a huge amount of them come from CA.

More love means one thing - more demand.   More demand = more $.  Be careful what you ask for, I hate to think what kind of stupid prices will come with legal Cuban cigars, at least for a while.

Good morning guys, excellent Xmas this year lots of fun. I hope everybody had much the same
I absolutely did.  FYI, the elf got moved before the kids woke up on Wednesday.  We were up till 4:AM wrapping and filling stockings on Christmas morning.  The kids were up at 7 and tore into everything within minutes.  Everyone had a great day!  I won't lie, the Cuban rum helped a lot.
I am really excited for the cuban rum with all of this embargo talk.  I am a big rum fan, but it doesn't get enough love - this should help!
Can't be worse than Canada.
More love means one thing - more demand.   More demand = more $.  Be careful what you ask for, I hate to think what kind of stupid prices will come with legal Cuban cigars, at least for a while.

Hmm. Cigar.com offers 20% off and free 3-day shipping, and the Carillo Core Short Runs are still on clearance at $29.99. I don't need any, but at $2.39 a stick, how can I resist?
Agreed.  Don't know how they are still there, but head and shoulders above any of the other stuff on the clearance rack.

Morning muchachos. A belated Merry Christmas to you. The festivities of yesterday kept me from checking in with y'all. Hope the day was grand for you.
Good mornin Raz!  Hope you had a good Christmas!
Morning Raz, you still having the surgery next week?
Yup, Tuesday 7:30am. Looking into renting a hospital bed at home. Gonna be laid up for a couple more weeks.
Hopefully you will be able to banter those 2 weeks
Thank God for a smartphone and Tapatalk.  Now, whether I can operate the phone through the haze of painkillers is another matter.

After all this time on clearance, I think there's a two-fold explanation - Carillo made a boatload of these, and most people won't buy sub-5" robustos.  That's okay, more for me.

Speaking of higher priorities I got a new tuckable IWB holster for my G 33 for Christmas.  Made in Isreal and best wearing concealable I have ever tried.  Very good quality leather, Front Line is the brand.  I am actually wearing it right now with a full size G 31 in it (fits all 3 .357 sizes) with only a sport shirt tucked in and totally invisible and comfortable.

He's in his box in the basement, along with all the letters to Santa and notes to the elf.  Specifically in the drawer of an old entertainment center...  Other stuff in front of it.  Blah blah blah.

Definitely time, 5 o'clock somewhere!
Just finished a Bloody Mary and it was definitely time.
I can go for one, right about now.
How is your cold?
Still coughing a bit but I can't complain.  Never had a stuffed up issue or a hindered sense of smell/taste.

Time to start drinking yet?
They frown on that here in the office.  Although not too many people here to know if I hit the bottle.

Going out to lunch, then drinking and smoking this afternoon/night.  Finally over this cold and ready to make up for lost time!
Get at it!

Don't get me wrong, I enjoy clean clothes. Just not actually cleaning them. But since I do so much laundry every week, perhaps I'm jaded.

I put your steak in the freezer. in fact there's six of them in there some nobody will complain.
I like the Red Dots but don't buy them separately, usually one or two in what samplers I get.

Actually Christmas isn't over until the decorations come down, generally the weekend after New Years.  It's sort of a rule, like GAAP for any of you CPA types.

Except that by the time the wise men arrived, Mary, Joseph and the kid were living in a house, not a stable. So add in a couple of years there.

Sorry, I have a degree in theology and Biblical studies.
