Evening King!!! Yeah..not looking forward to tomorrow. Just need to put on my happy face for the sales reps. knowing the whole time the plan is complete crap!!! I've already seen the 15 min video out new CEO sent out last month that the VP's are out selling tomorrow.
Just sit there, grin, and bear it.  Think about your 401k growing.  You have no idea how many "restructuring" meetings I had to sit through, with them telling me how their new restructuring plan was going to "FIX EVERYTHING". All the while, I'm thinking to myself, "This is the 8th restructuring plan in the last 4 years, and each one of those was going to FIX EVERYTHING."  Never once did they mention that all their other ideas and plans were total failures, because they refused to listen to the people that were actually doing the work.
3 months ago..I was covering a route for a rep. on vacation. Our new VP came out in the field with me...asked me a shitload of questions and wanted my honesty....and he got it!!!! He could not believe the way things ran around here. Made sure I didn't throw anyone under the bus above me but it was obvious we have no clue what we are doing, according to him.

Well, that's enough of that Pinolero.  Lasted much longer than I thought it would.

Draw tightened up some and was actually smokeable after the first inch for a little while.  Loosened up and went out two more times in quick succession, smoke heating up like crazy.  The good puffs that there were tasted quite good, as the Pinolero is a quality blend.  But it has by far the worst consistency from AJ that I've experienced.  (Small sample size caveat and all that.)

Congrats Ken...looks like when we get to 300, we achieve Associate Status!!! ;D
I kid you not, I had to read that twice - the first time I thought it said Asshole status.
That would be very fitting!
Recommendation to Ken: Never use the words asshole and fitting in the same sentence here.  It's just asking for trouble.
HaHa, I'm a virgin. Hope to stay that way.

BH Corona Larga fired up as my last cigar of the evening.  From a box sent by Sooner Jeff 3 years ago.  Burn and draw are perfect, with typical BH flavors.

Decided to end the night with a Mooch Maduro robusto.  This cigar ended up being a bit better than I thought it would.  The B&A guys make pretty good seegars.
