My boys won their last game of the season for their one basketball team. We won't be making the playoffs with the 6-10 record.

More basketball this afternoon for their other undefeated team. It's considered a playoff game but the town's recreational league is not as competitive. Same 6 teams play each other. I guess they could win bragging rights.

Those are even better than a participation trophy.

I'll grant you that. The rec games are made up of 7th and 8th graders and they get a lot less playing time. For example, in last evening's game made up of only 7th graders, my boys started and played the entire game. With the exception of the last minute for Max when he fouled out again.

Gotta teach that kid to keep his hands to himself.
