equal parts of ground chuck and hot Italian sausage, so no real angle.

equal parts of ground chuck and hot Italian sausage, so no real angle.
I use chunks of steak or a roast, and ground a blend of chili peppers to add to the cumin.
Texas style, no beans.   Chili Lull

Just opened a can of fruit cocktail, and dumped it in a bowl.  stirred it around a bit.
If you eat it right out of the can, the cherries and grapes are on the top, then the peaches, then the pears.
I want an assortment.
