I need to go shopping for tires 225 70 14 or 215 70 14 for my Ranger Pickup.  There's not very many manufacturers that make tires in that size except from China or South Korea.  I found them in BFGoodrich and Cooper Corba. Both raised white letters and around $500.  The posted ratings on the BFG's were not that good, and most all of the posted ratings on the Coopers said, "they are pretty."  I'm thinking about going to Walmart and getting the mid-grade Douglas made by Goodyear Blackwall for around $360....?  I'm lost again...

^^^^ BD, I put the BFGs sold a BJs on my Ranger and found them to be very good. Much better than the Wranglers that came with the vehicle.

Thanks Fred...!  I like the looks of the Cooper's better, but I'm just not sure of the brand.  I've had Cooper in the past and they just seemed like mediocre tires.  But since I only drive about 1,000 miles a year on the truck, I'm sure what ever I buy will out last me...
