That did look nice.  That's what I want when I come visit.  :)
next week I'm suppying ribs for Redneck Rick to cook. that pork was in the smoker for almost 5 hours.

I've been thinking about buying one.  In theory you could do the same on the barbecue if you put the meat on the opposite side of the low flames and you throw in some good smoking wood.
