I cleaned the roof of the clubhouse/office/bathrooms/laundry room, one big building, cleaned the gutters, raked two wagon loads of debris around the building, and shoveled back alone the roadway for the paver coming in two weeks. gave the landlady a BIG sweaty hug in thanks for letting me help out. (I really wanted to feel those big tits against my chest).
sure didn't take much time or effort to make this place look a little better.
