I'm going about 60% new. Kept my bedroom, dining room and LR cabinet.We were about 40% new but the sofa was bought with both this in mind and using it to “stage” the house without renting something to do it with so it was only about 9 months old.
We kept office desk, dining room, sofa, (other living room pieces are new) master bed frame, (most other MBR pieces are new) and the guest room furniture. Balcony furniture is a mix of old and new.

In and out in 45 minutes with just what we wanted at a good price. Just a little local furniture place and the guy was not a hustler like at most mattress stores. Pretty funny, he said nobody ever buys that good of a mattress for guest rooms because people might want to stay too long 😂
Store Had to order the mattress and it will be here next Wednesday or Thursday.
