Rain has started here, turning to snow by 11 pm, according to my weather app.

I wish I'd have recorded my kids reactions when I pointed out that school from home would likely eliminate the need for snow days. They weren't pleased.

Most towns have a requirement that you have sidewalks shoveled.  They are all low on funds, better be careful about enforcement and fines.

Ours does not, thankfully. When I shovel, I only do the sidewalk from the driveway to the front walk. Everyone else is on their own.
