Quiet enough, hopefully schools will all be out and everyone will be on vacation and we can have a quiet week.

Used to be that when school let out in Austin for Christmas the entire city evacuated but no longer does it work that way.  Now all the families come here to visit and a large number of them end up moving here afterwards.  Traffic was so bad Friday & Saturday you could not get anywhere.

Nah, they're not that easy to influence.  Visit dreamed up by son #1 who's currently visiting his wife's grandparents in MD on the way up.  My parents hit it off with them at his wedding and during a visit up here this summer, so he thought it would be a "fun" idea.
