In 1989, communist East Germany threw open its borders, allowing citizens to travel freely to the West; joyous Germans danced atop the Berlin Wall...

A colleague recently went to Berlin and brought me back a piece of the wall.

Have a small piece myself as well as East German coins (from before the wall came down).  I think with all the pieces that have been sold, they can build two walls... ; )

56° and damp. sun is finally out. heading into the mid 70's. corn beef and eggs finished. Cusano 18 and coffee going. was texting with Redfish. all is well in the world.

I'm trying to get in a robusto this morning. May have to drive around a bit or hide out in one of the penthouses. Some of my co-workers are commies though
