.... but in the realm of the big picture, it is not your job to insure the school retains an adequate workforce regardless of the pride in your ability to insure the proper running of the resources you are in charge with. the ending result with probably end in contract services. it sucks, it's frustrating, and it's stressful. hang in there my friend.
