so, I called three mowing services yesterday and one said he'd be over in the afternoon to give me a quote, one said he'd stop early evening. the other quoted me on the phone as he is familiar with the area and has lawns close by. neither of the two guys showed or bothered to call yesterday to say they can't make it. how the fuck do people feed themselves?

actually it's $60. the neighbor next to me is included. takes about 30-45 minutes to mow and trim both. pretty good gig.
