I walked into a shit storm at work. All the rain water from last night has some areas under water still. City sewer is backed up and good luck getting anyone on a holiday. Fun fun
The fun never ends!

No it doesn't lol I had to call in to rooter x 2 because the turds in the cafeteria keep throwing garbage down the drain and I run the whole campus on weekends, holidays a and after hours.

Hello, gents. Looks like we'll be spared from Dorian. So now what shall we worry about?

Correction: Only South Florida has been spared at this point. So please do continue worrying about it.

That's not how it's done. Be offended and don't think too hard about why.

You're practicing restraint?  That's so 80's.

I'm pretty sure you've got the wrong decade there, Mark. Definitely not the least but I wouldn't exactly equate restraint with 80s. Just sayin'.

I refer to the social discourse of the time compared to now.  Otherwise, you're right.  I was in my 20's in that decade so have first hand knowledge.  Not quite the free love of the 60's, but we had our fun.

I remember growing up as a kid and life just seemed so much simpler. Mom stayed at home with myself and my brother to get us to school etc. Family values, big dreams, big hopes. That's what I remember from the 80s

I remember having enough money, friends, and few commitments.  And girls. Life was simple.
