They tried that here but it hasn't passed. They want to charge for paper bags, maybe that's the hang up?

While out shopping, I ran into this guy that was throwing a holy s*it fit over the ban of plastic straws.  I said, "Don't worry, just make them out of paper.."  The guy looked at me like I was crazy and said, "You can't make straws out of paper..!"  I just walked away.  But I'm telling ya, I'm having a really big problem with being caught in the generation gap....  It's really more like the Twilight Zone Gap...  ugh..
