They tried that here but it hasn't passed. They want to charge for paper bags, maybe that's the hang up?

We have those urgent centers for breaks, etc. Had to take my son there over the winter when he broke his finger.

This one passed without a vote, maybe that's the key. This was just decided by the county council, which, if I'm being honest, I didn't know was a thing.
