One year ago: A deadly house party shooting in suburban Houston left two teens dead. Three of the four surviving Doolittle Raiders who attacked Tokyo in 1942, all in their 90's, offered a final toast to their fallen comrades in a ceremony at the National Museum of the U.S. Air Force near Dayton, Ohio.

Thought for Today: "Half the world is composed of people who have something to say and can't, and the other half who have nothing to say and keep on saying it." — Robert Frost, American poet (1874-1963).

Birth Control Pills
-------------------------

After working most of her life Grandma finally retired. At her next
checkup, the new doctor told her to bring a list of all the medicines
that had been prescribed for her.

As the young doctor was looking through these, his eyes grew wide as he
realized she had a prescription for birth control pills. "Mrs. Smith, do
you realize these are BIRTH CONTROL pills?"

Yes, they help me sleep at night. "

"Mrs. Smith, I assure you there is absolutely NOTHING in these
that could possibly help you sleep!

She reached out and patted the young Doctor's knee. "Yes, dear,I know
that. But every morning, I grind one up and mix it in the glass of
orange juice that my 16 year old granddaughter drinks . . . and believe
me, it helps me sleep at night. "

You gotta love Grandmas!

My thought of the day...“Never argue with an idiot. They will only bring you down to their level and beat you with experience.”
