my $285 cigar order came in a day early yesterday. talked to the UPS man saying that CI's SurePost usually has UPS drop them at the post office. he said he called it in seeing how he was here to deliver my meds. he can't figure how it's cheaper to do business that way. I thanked him and offered him a cigar but he declined. said he'd try to avoid USPS in the future if my named showed for deliveries.
