So was the low wall already there separating the kitchen and dining room, or did you just put that in for the breakfast bar?
It was the wall behind the fridge in the first pic, I just cut it down

Thanks Mark, that grey elevation is a hutch. The feet are in the drawer microwave hole in the pic. Not sure how we're finishing the feet yet

Ah, gotcha. Makes it look huge that way, opening it all up.
For sure, it's a small kitchen that feels big now. Caused a lot of electrical changes removing that wall
